Gosh, Golly Gee..... It's hard to believe that Braley's THREE!!!

If you remember a while I posted that we were looking into going to Disney World for Braley’s birthday. Well, it didn’t happen. I was already aggravated that we couldn’t go to breakfast with the princesses but the main kicker was that my child (in the last 30 days) proved herself to be deathly afraid of the Chick-Fil-A cow (I compared that to Winnie the Pooh) and wouldn’t go out the door into where “Spiderman” was waiting to greet her. We are thinking of looking into it again for Christmas or the big number 4. With the last minute trip cancellation that didn’t leave much time to plan a party so but have no fear Braley’s birthday was well celebrated.

On Friday Braley shared cupcakes with her class.

On Saturday night we went to dinner at Red Lobster with Mema & Papa (and even go to see Annie, Devin & Belle). After dinner we had planned to take Braley to ride Go-Carts but the weather didn’t allow that.Instead we ended up going bowling.

I not sure which was the best….. the game….. or watching Brandon help Braley bowl.

Saturday night was topped off with a cupcake.

We couldn’t leave out all of our church friends, so on Sunday Braley shared Tinkerbelle cake with them.

Monday (her actual birthday)Brandon had to work (he gets off at 3:30), so we cleaned house and waited on him to get home. Braley had received several Build-A-Bear cards and wanted to go. Her birthday was topped off with a trip to the mall and dinner at Chick-Fil-A (minus the cow).

4/2/06 3/31/09

It is very hard to believe that three years has already past. I can honestly say that I have no idea where the time has done. It seems that only yesterday I was pregnant and bringing her home from the hospital. I pulled out her birth certificate just to be sure…. But the date (3/30/06…10:22 pm) stamped on it only proves that she is indeed 3 and that time doesn’t stand still.

Love, love, love the cupcakes! Wish I had one right now in fact. I think it's great that y'all make her birthday such a big deal, that's how we plan to celebrate Allie's big #1 (and each one after that). That Braley is so cute (and funny!)
