Sewing 101

I couldn’t tell you how long I have been looking at the crayon rolls and thinking about this project. If I knew how to sew, or had a sewing machine, I may have jumped on it a little quicker. My M-I-L has been nice enough to loan me her machine for the summer so I thought what better project to start with.

I asked my Mom if she would help me with the project and she was “willing” to help. Before it was finished I think it turned more into her project than mine, but either way it was fun and is finished.

The inside of both the coloring book holder and crayon roll. I have plans to make another and when I do want to add pockets on the inside of the holder. I just think it would be easy for taking to church and places to have it all in one.
